Justice for Nikki Bhati
Nikki Bhati, 28, was allegedly set on fire by her husband and in-laws in Greater Noida on 21 August 2025. Despite having given a substantial dowry at her marriage, her in-laws reportedly demanded ₹36 lakh more and subjected her to repeated abuse. Videos from the incident show her being assaulted and set ablaze; she later succumbed to her injuries, leaving behind a young child. Police have arrested her husband, his parents, and brother on charges including murder, criminal conspiracy, and causing hurt. This case has sparked nationwide outrage and renewed calls for strict enforcement of anti-dowry and women’s protection laws.
We demand immediate and transparent action. Those responsible must be held accountable, and strict legal measures taken. Stand with us to ensure that dowry harassment and violence against women are not tolerated.
