We Led Fellowship
On Women’s Day 2026, our organisation will proudly unveil the inaugural cohort of 40 exceptional women fellows from across India—women who have been shaping grassroots politics with resilience and conviction. Through this fellowship, they will receive cutting-edge political campaign strategies, deepen their political literacy, and access academic support, where required. Together, we aim to equip them with the tools, confidence, and influence needed to lead with autonomy and transform India’s political landscape.

Jhalkari Bai Fellowship
On International Women’s Day 2026, our organisation will proudly unveil the inaugural cohort of 10 exceptional women fellows, with a focused commitment to Dalit and Adivasi (Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe) women who are driving change at the grassroots level. These fellows will receive cutting-edge political campaign training, enhanced political literacy, and academic support as needed, along with financial assistance to ensure their leadership journey is fully supported. Together, we aim to build a cadre of women who lead with autonomy, confidence, and real political power.
