  • 1 min read

Our organisation is planning to conduct a Randomised Controlled Trial (RCT) to study how capacity-building mentorship influences women’s leadership abilities. The study will be conducted in Patan, Gujarat, focusing on women engaged in grassroots and community-level governance.

We are seeking experienced researchers—particularly those with backgrounds in impact evaluation, political science, gender studies, public policy, or field-based research—to collaborate with us on this project.

Who can contact us

  • Researchers with prior experience in RCT design or field implementation

  • Academics or research associates working on women’s empowerment or political leadership

  • Monitoring & evaluation specialists

  • Research organisations or independent consultants

If you are interested in contributing to this initiative, reach out to us. Together, we aim to generate rigorous evidence on how structured mentorship can strengthen women’s leadership pathways.
